Refund & Return Policy

At Noir&Rouge, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened beauty and skincare products
Opened supplements
Personal care items that have been used
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
